Payment Method

We accept credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe. All orders are charged in US dollars (USD).

Paying by card

At checkout, enter your card number, expiry date and CVC in the card form on the checkout page. Your payment is encrypted and processed by Stripe, a global payment provider. Your full card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on our website.

Some banks ask you to confirm the payment with an extra security step (for example a code sent to your phone or a prompt in your banking app). If that happens, follow your bank's instructions to complete the order.

Currency

You can choose to view prices in AUD, GBP, CAD or EUR, but every order is charged in US dollars (USD). If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may charge a foreign transaction fee, depending on your card.

When is my card charged?
Your card is charged when you place your order.

Will I receive a confirmation?
Yes. After your order is placed you'll receive an order confirmation email. If you can't find it, please check your spam or junk folder.

My payment didn't go through. What should I do?
Check that your card details and billing address are correct, or try another card. If it still fails, your bank may have declined the payment, so it's worth contacting them.
